E. E. Cummings was born to Unitarian parents, and held what we might call a transcendentalist faith throughout his life. For our annual Thanksgiving celebration of gratitude we will consider his life and work, particularly the beloved poem, i thank You God for most this amazing day, which appears in our hymnal as reading #504.
