Sometimes there are things to which we don’t want to pay attention, because they are too painful, threatening or sad. Climate change. Racism in America. The likelihood of an earthquake. Addiction in our self or our family. Trauma we have suffered. And though denial does work, in its way, it doesn’t work forever. In fact, as abundant teachings and experiences confirm, the only way out is through, and the truth will out. Fortunately, the Universe supports the hard work.
