Our service honors Yom Kippur, the highest holy day in the Jewish faith, when Jews atone for their sins in the previous year, pray for forgiveness, renounce false promises, and recommit to living with integrity and compassion. Today we put a UU spin on these themes, exploring the spiritual power of keeping our word, forgiving others, and acknowledging our mistakes.
